I Had A Dream...

I thought I would share with you all a funny dream I had last night. I dreamt that Michael and I were out on a date and we were walking around town and came across a Chinese buffet restaurant that we decided to eat at. So we went in and asked about their prices and the lady told us all meals are $10 per person. We thought that was pretty expensive, so we decided to each just get a chocolate chip cookie and some water (personally, I don't know of a Chinese place that sells chocolate chip cookies, but whatever, that's apparently what Christine's dream world thinks). Then when I went to pay for it, she was asking me to pay $10 because we ate a "meal" there (even though it was really just a cookie). I argued with her for awhile saying that it's outrageous to charge $10 for a little cookie and that I didn't understand when she said $10 per meal per person it meant any size of meal. I tried negotiating with her by offering to only pay $5 for the cookie (I guess I was only paying for myself or something), but she refused and demanded $10. I said, ok, let's compromise and I'll pay $7.50 and that's as high as I'll go. She agreed, I paid, and then we left.

That's all I remember...weird huh? What do you think it means?

Hmmm that's interesting! Maybe you are gearing up for a big negotiation soon? But on another note, Pei Wei does sell chocolate chip cookies and they look amazing!! I can't eat them, but they are chocolate chunk and I think use Ghiradelli chocolate. You should try one sometime and let me know if they are as yummy as they appear.

I'll have to try one...but only if they cost less than $10!
