Right on schedule, Thursday morning they started framing the exterior and interior walls. At the end of the work week, they had just started attaching plywood sheets onto the frames.
This Saturday we again went to the lot and spread more mulch around a cluster of trees in the back and have finished as much of this process as we can for a while until the house is further along.
On Sunday we wrote scripture on the framed walls as a way to dedicate this house to God. We wrote 30 scripture verses in various locations around the house (two are pictured here). It was a lot of fun and totally worth all the sweating in 100+ weather.
Today they finished putting plywood sheets onto the framed walls and began the process of framing the ceiling and attic. This should conclude early next week!
