Pumping Iron

Not as hardcore as Arnold, but we're doing pretty good! Now that we both work at TTI, we decided to purchase memberships at the Rec and workout three mornings each week before work. So, we wake up at 6:00am on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays and workout until 7:30am. TTI recently built a new headquarters building that has very nice shower facilities, so we just drive over there after working out to get ready for work.

Some of you may wonder how we can get up so early, but it's actually not bad at all. As long as we go to bed before 11:00pm on the night before, working out actually gives me more energy to last all day than not working out! We've been sticking with this schedule since April 15th and just love it!
