Fruit Parfait

This is the dessert we have been making for ourselves the past couple weeks.
It's so delicious, very low in fat, and is actually healthy for you! What a winner! Here's the recipe for those interested in making it:

Ingredients:
Vanilla non-fat yogurt (HEB brand is really tasty)
Fruit of choice, we have used strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries
Chocolate cookie crumbles or chocolate chips (or any dry crunchy thing you want!)

Directions:
Layer the bottom of the glass with yogurt. Then add fruit. Add more yogurt on top to mostly cover fruit. Add more fruit and then top it off with the cookies or whatever you picked. Enjoy feeling light and full afterwards and give yourself a pat on the back for being healthy!
