So, today is April Fools Day, which means that Google decided to play some pranks on the world's internet population by claiming that they created and launched an A.I. entity named "CADIE" who loves pandas. "CADIE" made her own blog (http://cadiesingularity.blogspot.com/) and her creators wrote a lengthy description about how rapidly her intelligence is growing and how they hope to maintain control of her (http://www.google.com/intl/en_us/landing/cadie/tech.html).So...I was totally duped by this hoax and was fearful that Terminator was going to become a true story until I saw on a friend's status message that she was amused by Google's April Fools joke. That's when it hit me how gullible I actually am... :P
